  Please think twice about using this business. It's been well over a month since my brother passed and we still don't have everything that a funeral home is supposed to supply. It's been heart wrenching trying to get some closure and next to impossible to get a straight answer or even get anyone to return a phone call.

  This has been the most insulting experience of my life. This isn't the first cremation I've had to handle recently, either. For thousands of dollars, I don't even get a return phone call. This is not the place to send your loved one for a dignified conclusion to their life. It's been a punch in the gut every step of the way. I've been lied to, avoided and disrespected. It's gone past "bad business" and progressed toward hurtful very quickly.
